Moorieman brings some DEADBEATs
Here’s another one from one of the first contributors to Oursoundtracks, Mooriman. Moorieman is ALWAYS supplying us with good good sounds. Amen my brother. This time around is a deep and mellow mix of the brilliant sounds of Deadbeat. I first heard of Deadbeat because he released a good amount of material on one of my favorite labels in the world of electronic music ~scape. Deadbeat’s sounds fit oh so well with the heavy, modern dub sounds of the ~scape label. Both Deadbeat and ~scape are heavily recommended for a browsing over if you’re into this kinda stuff.
When I asked Moorieman about the mix, this is what he had to say:
i made the mix cuz i have always been a big fan of deadbeat and he is one of my favorite artists! i rarely heard electronic/dub music that sounds as organic as his sound! after so many years of listening to him, it was about time to have a nice mixtape with some nature sounds to enhance and underline this organic feeling in his music!
